Delores, Toy and family – There are no words to express the sorrow I feel for your loss. I have fond memories of Elon as a child and young man. He was always very respectful, nice and kind to be around. He was a friend to all and his memory will forever remain in our hearts. My deepest sympathy is with you as you navigate through this season of sorrow. May God grant you peace and strength.

Such a shock when someone so young passes away. I met Elon my first year of teaching at FBA. Always so respectful and kind, but with that smile you knew there was spunk in him. I truly want to send my condolences to his family and tell them how so many people admired their loved one. I know he will be missed terribly.

To my dearest uncle, aunt and cousin - I'm so sorry for the loss of Elon, our baby first cousin.  I hold good and fond memories of all of us growing up together having family time and fun with BBQ's and laughter.   We will keep you all lifted in prayer and we will be there to support and comfort however we can.  We love you!

Wow. This is always tough to see a fellow classmate leave us. The best story and memory I have to tell. I was loud and obnoxious freshman and Elon I believe was a Senior. Well I was always joking around and poking the bear. Well one day Ellis Taylor and Elon got a hold of me and tried to put me in the trashcan close to Mr Hines office. Long story short I earned the respect of Elon and Ellis because not only did I stand my ground but Elon was shocked because in the midst of trying to put me in the trash can, I got a hold of Ellis and picked him up and Mr. Hines stopped the shenanigans from going any further. After that the skirmish we became friends and I would from time to time to life advise from an older classmate/friend. Elon left an impression on me that will never be forgotten. Elon you may be gone from Earth but never forgotten and now you are looking down on us from Heaven! See you soon Elon!!!

To those who knew and loved Elon.   To be honest it was a name I hadn’t  heard in almost 30 years.  I met Elon at FBA when I believe I was a Junior amd he was a freshmen in high school.  We didn’t run in the same social circles at school due to the age gap but we played football together that gave us a common bond.  He was shy and soft spoken that first year.  Very much a gently giant.  My senior year we got to know each better and the true Elon began to emerge.  Not  only was he a fierce competitor, he was so kind, thoughtful, and hilarious.  My heart and prayers go out to his loved ones. I’m sure he grew into nothing less than an amazing man.  I’m in peace knowing he walks with our Father now.
