Faulhaber, Emil Edwin April 8, 1919 - November 13, 2010 Emil Edwin Faulhaber was the sixth of eight children born in Dallas Texas to German immigrant parents, Charles Henry and Priska Agnes Ehrlich Faulhaber. He lived his entire life in Dallas and was a long time devoted member of the First Baptist Church. Emil was a devoted husband, father, and Christian. He was an automobile mechanic by trade working at Mohr Chevrolet Company for over 40 years. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Hollie Frances Smith, four children, Jack Edwin, Susan Jean Burton, Cynthia Kay Sheppard, and Keith Charles, seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, a brother, Royal Robert, a sister Anna Marie Faulhaber Reed, and numerous adoring nephews and nieces. He was a deeply caring man who was loved by his family and many friends. Emil will be missed. Visitation will be 6-8pm Thursday, November 18, 2010 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 12 noon Friday, November 19, 2010 in the Grove Hill Chapel.
