Ernestine Teresa Cameron, age 95, of Mesquite, Texas passed away on Tuesday February 25, 2020. Ernestine was born January 16, 1925 in Dallas, Texas to Lizzie and James Roberts. She was married to George Wade Cameron on September 9, 1946 and had five children. She was a nurses aide but her most accomplished carrier was being a mother and housewife. Ernestine was a member and also worked at the Dallas VFW Club. In her spare time Ernestine enjoyed baking the most delicious pies and meals, entertaining friends and family and reading long novels. Her friends and family will always remember her as a loyal friend, compassionate, always happy and always having a smile on her face, even bright and early in the morning. Ernestine is preceded in death by her husband, George Wade Cameron; twin sister, Dalphine Davis and great-grandson, Zack Armistead. She is survived by her daughters, Dalphine, Lillie, Linda and Betty and son, James.
