Fernando Sabedra

Fernando Sabedra, age 85 passed away on September 13, 2018 in Lancaster, TX. He was born on May 30, 1933 in Calvert, TX to Saturnina and Lorenzo Sabedra. He was raised in Calvert, TX and in 1956 he married Carmen Tristan and the couple had five children. In his spare time Fernando enjoyed crafting and woodwork, going to the Lake and Camping. He also loved working on his yard and watching Western movies and his beloved Dallas Cowboys. His family and friends will always remember him as a brilliant man of many trades. He was a hard worker and a dedicated leader who will be missed. He is preceded in death by his parents Saturnina and Lorenzo Sabedra; brothers Albert and Daniel Sabedra; sisters Sofia Chavira and Rosita Guerra. Fernando is survived by his wife Carmen Sabedra; children; Gilbert Sabedra, Angie Hall, Cruz Sabedra, Silvia Cody, and Mario Sabedra, and ; He is also survived by seven Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren. Siblings; brothers, Frank and Thomas Sabedra, sisters, Simona Luna and Lupita Cano.
