He was born on September 20, 1967 in Lubbock, Texas to his mother Hortencia and step father Johnny Dominguez. Fidel(KC) was raised in Dallas, Texas. In his spare time he enjoyed listening to music and eating sweets.

He is preceded in death by: his Mother; Hortencia Dominguez.

He is survived by: his Step Father; Johnny Dominguez, his two Sisters; Mary Leggett and Elizabeth Holley, his Brother; Abel Dominguez, his Daughter; Erika Soriano, his Grandson; Ethan Garcia and his Nephews.
