Filiberto Diaz Roldan

Filiberto Diaz, age 96, passed away on April 20, 2023 in Dallas, TX. He was born on August 22, 1926 in Puebla Mexico to the late Trinidad and Gregoria Diaz. Filiberto was raised in Puebla, Mexico where he graduated from the Centro Escolar de Puebla in 1942. He married Sara Rodriguez in 1945 and the couple had four children. His family and friends will always remember him as a great role model and patriarch of the family. He was a hardworking man and a good provider. He was kind, generous, and always had a smile. Filiberto loved his beloved dog “peanut” and traveling to Mexico to spend quality time with his family. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Filiberto is preceded in death by his son Jose Luis Rodriguez; Parents Trinidad and Gregoria Diaz and his 11 siblings. He is survived by his wife Sara Rodriguez; children Alicia, Teresa, Armando and his wife Marcela Diaz; grandchildren Roberto “Beto” and his wife Norma Diaz, Alejandra, Alicia, Danny, Debbie and Richard, Christian and his wife Ceci, Jose “Pepe” and his wife Jessica, and Richard “Richie” Diaz. He is also survived by his great grandchildren Rachelle and Betito Diaz, Alexis, Kareni and Tony Diaz, Daniel Luna, Nadia and Maya Diaz, Ty, Cade and Sofia Burton, Luciana and Valentino Alatriste, Tatis Diaz, Little Richie, Jonathan and Khloe Diaz.
