Frances Zabojnik Chudej

She was born in Ennis, Texas on September 10, 1927 to parents Aloise Pavlicek and John Paul Zabojnik, and was one of 13 children. Frances graduated from St. John Catholic School in Ennis.

She married Joe Chudej on January 14, 1950, and spent her life with him raising their children and taking care of their home. Frances was a longtime member of St. Philip Catholic Church in Dallas. In her spare time, Frances loved cooking, canning, growing flowers, and taking care of God's animals.

Frances is preceded in death by her loving husband, Joe Chudej.

She is survived by her children, Jeanette (Pepper), Larry (Barbara), and Sandy (David); sister, Louise; grandchildren, Jacob (Shannon), Megan, Seth (Kristen), and Samantha (Tommy), Jeff (Teresa) and Jason; great-grandson, Luke and fur baby, Chloe.

A visitation for Frances will be held Friday, January 31, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Sparkman-Crane Funeral Home, with a rosary at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM at St. Joseph Cemetery in Ennis, Texas.
