God called home one of his faithful angels. Frances passed away with complications from pulmonary Fibrosis. She was 100 years young. Born on March 13, 1913 she was the daughter of Pearl and Thomas Marion Fisher.
Frances had a great impact on her family and a positive Christian influence on all her knew her. She had a beautiful smile and a knack for making friends where ever she went. Time was of no matter to Frances, as she took time to visit with family and friends and making new friends. A loyal servant of the Lord, she was an active and dedicated member of Park Cities Baptist Church, Amitie Sunday School Class, Prime Time Seniors, Widows Group, Variety Book Club, Libris Book Club and two table bridge with her buddies. At 100 years of age she was quite an active amazing woman and such an inspiration to us all!
Frances attended University of Texas in Austin also working as a buyer at Scarborough’s, where she met Harry Meyers. They married and had four children. Twin sons, Terry and Harry, son Billy, and daughter Marilyn. In her earlier years, she was active at the First Baptist Church in Austin, WMU, PTA, Austin Woman’s Club, The Austin Club, Antique Club, and Bridge!
She is predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Harry Cook Meyers, Austin, Texas, her son James Terrence Meyers (Terry) of Dallas, and son William Fisher Meyers (Billy), Industry, Texas. She is survived by her son Thomas Harry Meyers and wife Diana of Oklahoma City, OK, Marilyn Frances Meyers McElroy and husband Terry of Dallas, daughter in law Linda Meyers of Dallas, Mable Meyers of Industry, Texas. Frances has ten grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.

A Memorial Service will be held at Park Cities Baptist Church Ellis Chapel Saturday, December 7, 2013 at 11:00am with a reception following.
