Ruth Roan (89) died peacefully September 3rd. Born March 6, 1923, El Dorado KS. A 1940 graduate of Woodrow Wilson HS. Preceded in death by husband, Ralph; son, Richard and grandson, Richard. Survived by son, Dwight and wife Linda; daughter, Frances Parker and husband Richard; four grandchildren, eight great-grand-children; brother, Kay Herbert; sister, Pat Counts. Visitation will be Wednesday, 7-9pm at the funeral home. Services will be Thursday at noon in the Grove Hill Chapel.
