Francis "John" Payne, Born February 17, 1925, and passed away December 7, 2010. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served during WW II. Survivors include his sister, Clifford Schreiber & husband, Alfred; brother, Finis Payne & wife Nell; three nieces and two nephews. Funeral services 10:00 A.M. Saturday, December 11, 2010 in the Grove Hill Funeral Home Chapel with his nephew, Rev. Steve Payne officiating. Interment, with military honors, will follow in Rest-land Memorial Park. Family will receive friends 6-8:00 P.M. Friday, December 10, 2010, at the funeral home.
