A funeral service for Frank will be held Monday, December 18, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 6300 South R.L. Thornton Frwy, Dallas, TX 75232, followed by a committal service from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
