Frank "Frankie" was an original. Frankie lived his life day by day and knew how to live it even from the moment he entered into this world on April 19, 1984. Frankie entered the gates of Heaven to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on June 26, 2019.
Frankie loved family! His parents and little sister and his tia Rachel were everything to him. Frankie had a smile and a sense of "I'm Here" that everyone loved about him. Frankie overcame many trials and tribulations but none the less Frankie was a strong, proud, independent man. Those who knew him knew they could count on him no matter the situation and he would tell you the truth even if it wasn't what you wanted to hear.
Frankie would say he wanted to make memories and that, he did. If he wasn't at a family gathering he could be found doing anything outdoors: fishing, hiking or just at the park with his boys...
Frankie liked to take road trips, even though he didn't get to do it much, he still liked it. A few of his trips took him and his family to Colorado, the casinos in New Mexico. He even surprised his girlfriend Elizabeth with a trip to South Padre Island for the 4th of July this year. If Frankie wasn't outside, he was at work or at home chillin with Elizabeth and Fat Boy and Pete.
Frankie leaves many loved ones behind to keep his memory alive: Parents; Rosie and Frank Hernandez; Little Sister; Valerie Hernandez Gomez, Brother-n-law; Edmundo Gomez, Nieces; Mia, Gracie, Xitlala "Laly" and Nephew Jacob, Girlfriend ; Elizabeth Granados and her boys; Pete Obrien and Joaquin "Fat Boy" Rodriguez, Grand Parents; Domitilda Martinez, Frank Hernandez, Helen Hernandez and many Tias and Tios and many many cousins.
Frankie is preceded in death by; his Tio Freddie Hernandez and Grandpa Jesus "Chuy" Hernandez and other Tias, Tios and cousins.
Frankie wasn't a man of many words if you didn't know him, but if you had the chance to know him and knew he liked to have a good time and play around. But don't get it twisted, everybody has a little bit of "Thug" in 'em, and that he was. From being a little boy growing up on Madison Ave to the man he became, all his boys knew he was one of the realist, the realist soldiers out there.
In the words of Tupac, and Frankie loved Tupac, "Stick your chest out, Keep ya head up and handle it".
