On August 8, 2025, the light that shined brightly on earth was called to shine from above. Frank DeWaylon Loving was born on August 24, 1982 in Dallas, Texas, to the late Frank Anderson Loving, Jr. and Nancy Mae Loving.
A Love of Faith
Frank accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Antioch Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Karry Wesley. In March 2024, Frank became a charter member of One Grace Community Church under Pastor Cynthia Carter. He actively served as a member of the Pastor’s Aide Committee and as an Outreach Ambassador. Frank took great pride in sharing the joy of serving the Lord — especially in whatever situation life placed him.
In his honor, we ask: “Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior, and are you living for Him?”
A Love of Learning & Living
Frank graduated from Justin F. Kimball High School in 2000. He worked in several industries before discovering his passion for tow truck driving. In 2002, he began towing for Manheim Auto Auction. It was there, cruising the auction yard in his tow truck, that he met the love of his life, Jamika La’Shanta Loving, at a four-way stop sign. Frank went on to establish a career as both a tow truck driver and instructor with Jordan Towing. Together, he and Jamika built a beautiful life and were blessed with two children, Jayden T. Loving and Jayla D. Loving, raising their family in Dallas, TX. Frank was known for bringing a smile to everyone’s face — whether through his dad jokes, iconic movie quotes, bold fashion critiques, or his signature Casanova charm.
An Everlasting Love
Frank was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank, Sr. and Bernice Loving, Douglas and Auquilla Jones and his parents, Frank, Jr. and Nancy Mae Loving.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Jamika L. Loving; one son, Jayden T. Loving (Nolani); one daughter, Jayla D. Loving; two sisters, Sandra Price (Gerald) and Renata Whitlock; one grandson who was the twinkle in his eyes, Jaylin Z.
