Fred Soto, age 77 passed away on November 8, 2017 in Dallas, TX. He was born September 1, 1940 in Old Glory, TX to Pete Soto and Benita Macias. He married Esperanza Soto in 1960 and the couple had five children. Fred was employed at Fuller’s Nursery where he worked for more than 20 years. Fred loved sports, and he loved watching his beloved Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys. He was a hard worker and provider for his family. His family and friends will always remember him as a loving family man. Fred is preceded in death by his parents Pete and Benita Soto and his son Fred Soto Jr. He is survived by his children Nora Romero of Little Elm, Peggy Soto and Juan Martinez of Dallas, Rosa Soto of Dallas, Albert Soto and Michelle of Dallas, and Andrea Hernandez and Jose of Dallas; Siblings Guadalupe Soto, Nellie Cantu, Minnie Cantu, Tony Barrientos, and Jack Barrientos. Fred is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
