Always saw him working and doing his thing, very nice man and we are going to miss him dearly.

I will miss my long time friend.We spent lots of time talking aircraft.He was quite knowledgeable about all aircraft.We would talk by the mail boxes.God speed my friend. Carl Sampson a neighbor

We are so sorry to hear of Garland’s passing.
He was one of our favorite visitors at the library.
We all enjoyed the many stories he was so quick to share with us.
He was such a sweet  man and loved his family and loved to talk about his grandsons.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
