Geraldine was born at home in Emory, Texas on March 24, 1926. She is the daughter of M. L. (Bill) and Mary Anna Scott. Raised as an only child, she had a little brother who died in childbirth. While she might have been an only child, she grew up alongside countless cousins. She graduated from Wolfe City High School and then moved to Dallas to begin her professional career working for the government. She met and married Charlie Paschall in 1946. After staying at home a few years to raise two boys, Michael and Denny, she went to work for Fair Park National Bank and eventually Republic National Bank where she retired in 1989. She made many wonderful and caring friends along the way. She also served as a Caregiver for many individuals. The loves of her life included cooking and sewing, especially for other people. The great love of her life the past few years has been her precious little companion, Ellie. She was always seen by her side. Upon Charlie's death in 1970, she met and married Ernest Dupuis, They were married for over 25 years and with him united a wonderful family comprised on Doss and Shari, their children and grandchildren. She lost Denny in 1998. She and Ernie were faithful members of Eastridge Park Christian Church in Mesquite, Texas where they attended and made it part of their lives.
Geraldine is survived by her son, Michael Paschall, wife, Marcie, and their sons Scott and Matthew, wife, Brittany; daughter, Shari, husband Carl, their daughters Mistelle, husband Lance, Shanelle, husband Lake, son Johnny, wife Abby, and son Jared, wife, Julie. She is also survived by sons Doss and his daughters Michelle and Susie; Denny's wife, Pam, and countless nieces and nephews. She is also the proud great grandmother to many.
