Glen Howard Smith Jr.

Glen Howard Smith Jr., age 51, passed away on October 13, 2023 in Dallas, Texas. He was born on August 3, 1972 in Irving, Texas to Carol Ray and Glen Smith. He was raised in McKinney and Dallas, Texas, and Jacksonville, Arkansas. He attended high school in McKinney.

He has two children, Haley Smith 20 years old and Colton Smith 9 years old. He enjoyed playing with his son and visiting his daughter, camping, fishing, and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He was a member of the Banshees MC. Glenn also worked as an electrician for a number of years.

He is preceded in death by his father Glen Smith Sr., his grandparents Gaston and Evelyn Ray, uncle Mike Ray, aunt Sue Brown, granny Joy Ross, aunt Pamela Lansdell, and grandfather Jack Smith.

He is survived by mother Carol Ray Taylor, brother Thomas Taylor, daughter Haley Smith, son Colton Smith, aunts Gilda Bartlett, Marsha Poage, and Denise Fulgham, uncle Ronnie Smith, and numerous cousins and brothers of Banshees MC.

A visitation for Glen will be held Friday, October 20, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. A graveside service will occur Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Grove Hill Memorial Park, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228.
