Gregorio Martinez was born in Waco, TX to Julio and Enrise Martinez, November 17,1929 and has peacefully passed away as of October 17, 2020. He started work at an early. He was employed by Dallas Power and Light for many years which we know now as Oncore Electric. Later in life he met and married the love of his life, Esperanza whom precedes him in death. From this union 8 children were born. Gregorio had a love for fishing and gardening. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

He is preceded in death by; both his parents, Wife Esperanza and son Jesse Martinez.

Gregorio is survived by sons; Gregorio Martinez Jr., Frank Martinez, Johnny V. Martinez (Norma), Robert Martinez (Annette). Daughters; Mary Banda (Eduardo), Lucy Martinez, Marguerita Flores (Juan). He also leaves behind to cherish his memories 13 Grandkids and 21 Great Grandkids. A host of other family members and friends whom he will be missed by.

I’m so sorry to hear of this loss. Praise God he lived a long, beautiful life. I remember him not saying much at all, and being so surprised when I did hear him say something for the first time. 😊 He will be missed but never forgotten.
