I used to sit across from Greg at lunch at BL along with Mike Petter, Chuck Hanes, Will Dorsey and Philip White. Often I would drop a ketchup'd fry into my chair and when I flipped it off it would invariably land in Greg's lap. Lucky for me he would only get a little exasperated each time it happened. Greg was easy going, quick to laugh and very patient. Save me a seat Greg, and I will skip the fries.

On 2008 I met Greg and his son Chase while living in Mesquite with his best friend, Mike Petter. Greg and I became friends then. After Mike's death in 2013, Greg invited me to live with him. Greg told me that he wanted to be my Superman like in the song by 3 Doors Down. We fell in Love. When I left for my visit to Chicago on June 26, 2019 , I thought that I would see him when I came back home to Dallas, but Greg had passed away. As a christian, my hope is to see Greg again. I pray this hope comforts all of Greg's Family & Friends. Hebrews 13 vs.20 & 21
