We never had the opportunity to meet Gene in person. We got to know him through the shared positive thoughts & memories of his family members. I prize the wonderful pictures of him with his great granddaughter, Madeleine, which I have placed in her baby book. Our deepest condolences to the Daniel family members. My deepest condolences to the Daniel family members. I loved Papa, and his great wit, character, and charm. He definitely sets the standards high and I'm proud he's my daughter's great-grandfather. He is loved and will be missed. You're all in my heart and prayers. Love, Miriam

There is nothing I wish more than to be there with the family today to say goodbye. Papa is the reason I have pride in being a Daniel. I wouldn´t be where I am today without all his stern talks with me making sure I lived a full and successful life. I was beyond blessed to have him as my Papa.
Granny, I pray you will have peace during this sad time. We will all miss him.

With all my love,
Delaina Daniel
