Harlin was preceded in death by his parents Vera Robinson and Raymond Robinson. His siblings Glenda Robinson Juricek and Richard Robinson. He is survived by his son Randy Robinson and wife Cindy of Quitman Texas, his daughter Karen Robinson Daugherty and husband Bill of Combine Texas, and son Gary Robinson and wife Judy of Martins Mill Texas. He recognized his family to the end and his smile said it all. He loved them dearly. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Central Baptist Church of Crandall Texas to the People Mover Van. A special thank you to the staff at Three Forks Memory Care center where he resided the last 13 months of his life and the Dignity Hospice team who had taken care of him the past few months.

2 Timothy 4:7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have remained faithful. We are thankful today he’s free at last.

Harlin always had a kind word and treated everyone with love and sincerity . He was one of the most pleasant people I've ever known. His love for the Lord Jesus was evident in the way he lived.
