She spent thirty-three days in the Baylor Scott & White NICU under the loving care of Doctor Jordan Reis and Doctor Johnny Melendez. Her physicians were accompanied by the best team of nurses and respiratory therapists a family could ask for. The Hurt and Berko families are forever grateful for the NICU team at BS&W.
Harper is survived by her parents Ben and Caroline Hurt, her grandparents Stephen and Jennifer Berko, Myers and Patti Hurt, her aunts and uncles - Myers and Ragan Hurt, Justin and Alyssa Berko, Brendan and Hollyn Berko, her cousin Daisy Hurt and her great-grandparents Mary Berko and Eavia Murphy.
Harper is preceded in death by her great-grandparents - Doctor Edwin and Mary Long, John Murphy, Myers and Marjorie Hurt, Thomas Berko and her great-aunt Nancy Berko.
