Harriet Dingman, 95, of Dallas, passed away on September 22, 2012. She was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late Oliver Hazard and Olive Hunter Perry. Following marriage to husband, Jack, she moved to Dallas and raised 3 daughters.
She is survived by daughters, Kalene Hatley of Sachse, Sherry Dana of Georgetown, TX and Sally Moore of Lewisville, TX; sons-in-law, Peter Dana and Jack Dilord; and her “adopted” family, Laure Hanson, daughters Jennifer Fleming and Kristi Byrd and Kristi’s daughter Kaylee. Harriet was preceded in death by her husband, Jack; brothers, Oliver Jr., Wilford and Richard; and a sister, Christine.
Harriet was fortunate to have many wonderful friends at Lake Highlands Presbyterian Church.
A Memorial Service will be held at Lake Highlands Presbyterian Church at 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 25, 2012. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lake Highlands Presbyterian Church, 8525 Audelia Rd., Dallas, TX or a charity of your choice.
