Harvey is survived by his wife, Peggy; and daughters, Judy and Patti.
He was preceded in death by his son, Rick.
Visitation will be at Grove Hill Funeral Home on Thursday from 6-8pm. Funeral services will be conducted at Meadow View Church of Christ in Mesquite at 1:30pm on Friday.
