Hazel was married to Robert W. Neal for almost 55 years until his passing in 1995. They had two daughters Pat Lueke and Jane Huebel and husband Kenneth, who were also called to Heaven. Mrs. Tuley is survived by four grandchildren and their spouses; Doug and Becky French, Shannon Truesdale, Tim and Michelle Parker and Rowdy and Hollie Gilbert, eleven great grandchildren and seventeen great great grandchildren as well as a cousin Maurice Charles. She is also survived in marriage by John Roland Tuley, the second love of her life for over sixteen years along with numerous friends, family and loved ones.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 13, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the First Baptist Church of Lancaster. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Laurel Land Memorial Park.
