Hector Gerardo Ruiz Perez

He was a man of great work ethic and dedication. Started working at the age of 16, he excelled in every job he held, consistently earning the respect of his bosses, colleagues and clients. Known for his reliability and

expertise, Hectors reputation for excellence remained with him throughout his working times and even after, those who he worked for still remember him with great fondness.

Outside of work, Hector had a deep love for nature, often finding peace outdoors. He enjoyed camping in his beloved RV, exploring the woods and spending time with family and friends. He was also a fan of watching soccer and animal planet, but overall, his greatest joy was hosting barbecues (carne asada) for his loved ones. He will always be remembered as a hardworking man who's love for his all family, especially his children, grandchildren and godchildren was boundless.

He is preceded in death by: Salvador Ruiz (father), Josefina Perez (mother) and sister Emma Ruiz.

Survived by: Alicia Sosa, Hector G. Ruiz Sosa (Son), Vanessa Ruiz Sosa (daughter), Mayra Cruz (daughter in law), Allyson Ruiz Cruz (granddaughter), and Giovanny Ruiz Cruz (grandson).

A visitation for Hector will be held Friday, January 24, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 3050 N STEMMONS FWY, DALLAS, TX 75247.

Héctor Ruiz Pérez, de 58 años, falleció el sábado 11 de enero de 2025 en Dallas, Tx. Nació en México sus Padres Salvador Ruiz y Josefina Pérez y tiene 2 hijos.

Era un hombre de gran ética de trabajo y dedicación. Comenzó a trabajar a los 16 años, se destacó en todos los puestos que desempeñó, ganándose constantemente el respeto de sus jefes, colegas y clientes. Conocido por su confiabilidad y experiencia, la reputación de excelencia de Héctor permaneció con él durante todo su tiempo de trabajo e incluso después, aquellos para quienes trabajó todavía lo recuerdan con gran cariño.

Fuera del trabajo, Héctor tenía un profundo amor por la naturaleza y, a menudo, encontraba paz al aire libre. Disfrutaba acampar en su amada casa rodante, explorar el bosque y pasar tiempo con familiares y amigos. También era fanático de ver fútbol y Animal Planet, pero en general, su mayor alegría era organizar carnes asadas para sus seres queridos. Siempre será recordado como un hombre trabajador que sentía un amor ilimitado por toda su familia, especialmente por sus hijos, nietos y ahijados.

Le precedieron en la muerte: Salvador Ruiz (padre), Josefina Pérez (madre) y hermana Emma Ruiz.

Le sobreviven: Alicia Sosa, Héctor G. Ruiz Sosa (hijo), Vanessa Ruiz Sosa (hija), Mayra Cruz (nuera), Allyson Ruiz Cruz (nieta) y Giovanny Ruiz Cruz (nieto).

Se llevará a cabo un velorio para Héctor el viernes 24 de enero de 2025 de 4:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m. en González Funeral Home, 3050 N STEMMONS FWY, DALLAS, TX 75247.
