Henry S. Miller, Jr. is survived by his four children and their spouses, Vance C. Miller and Geraldine 'Tincy' Miller; Patsy Miller Donosky, Henry S. Miller, III and Angela Ahmadi Miller, Jacqueline Miller Stewart and Peter B. Stewart; as well as 15 grandchildren: Cynthia Vance Abrams and husband Robert Abrams; Vaughn Miller and wife Dena; Gregory Miller and wife Kim; Steve Donosky and wife Lissie; Janie Donosky Condon and husband David; Nancy Donosky Ross; Patricia Donosky; Henry Lewis; Henry S. Miller IV and wife Lydia; Michael Miller and wife Lindsey; Kathy Miller Rabey and husband Tracy; Alexander Miller; Nicole Stewart Ganger and husband Robert Ganger; Colin Stewart; John Stewart and Alexandra ‘Sasha’ Stewart; 25 great-grandchildren; sister, Carmen Miller Michael and husband, Ludwig A. Michael. Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Juanita Lewis Miller, brother, Jack Miller, grandson, Vance C. Miller, Jr., and son-in-law, David Donosky. Services will be held at Temple Emanuel, 8500 Hillcrest Road, Dallas, Texas 75225, on Monday, December 7, 2009 at 4:00 P.M., Rabbi David Stern presiding. Family will receive visitors at Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home, 7405 W. Northwest Highway, Dallas, Texas 75225 on Sunday between 6:30 and 8:30 P.M. Donations may be made to Dallas Opera, Texas Scottish Rite Hospital, AT&T Center for Performing Arts and Dallas Symphony Orchestra.
