Cuevas, Hilario Valdez Age 83, passed away September 2, 2017 in Dallas, TX. He was born October 21, 1933 in San Juan de Cuetero, Mexico to Francisco Cuevas & Paula Valdez. Hilario was raised in General Zepeda, Coahuila Mexico. He married Ofelia Cenceros in 1955 and the couple had 8 children. He worked as maintenance man at Rainbow Bread for more than 25 years. In his spare time he loved watching the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys. His family will always remember him as a loving father who enjoyed being around his family. He is preceded in death by his son, Israel Cuevas. He is survived by his Loving Wife, Ofelia Cuevas; Daughters, Martha Cuevas, Virginia Lewis, Sarahi Bravo and Maria Vara; Sons, Daniel Cuevas, David Cuevas and Pablo Cuevas. Mr. Cuevas leaves 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren to cherish his memory. Visitation will be held Wednesday September 6, 2017 from 4:00PM till 8:00PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home. Please join the family at 10:30AM Thursday September 7, 2017 for the Funeral Service at Igelsia de Dios del Septimo Dia 1823 Melbourne Ave. Dallas, TX 75224. Interment will follow at Laurel Land Memorial Park.
