Was born October 17, 1917 in Midell, Oklahoma, and passed away January 16, 2012 in Dallas, Texas. Howard is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Sarah Louise, two brothers: Horace and Fred, two sisters: Anna Ruth and Frances and grandson Christopher Marks. He is survived by one sister: Ethleen Pollan of Mt. Vernon,Texas. His daughters: Kathy Bishop of Mesquite , Pam and Laurie Bishop of Dallas, and son; Harold and wife Margie Bishop of Seagoville. One grandson Dean Marks, one Grand-daughter Gina Marks, two great-grandsons; Tre and C.J. three great-grand-daughters; Candace, Tensleigh, and Audriena. Plus numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday January 21, 2012 at Grove Hill Funeral Home, burial will follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park , the family will receive friends from 6-8 Friday at the funeral home.
