He was born in Saigon, Vietnam on March 20, 1951.
Huong was married to Tuyen Thi Nguyen.
He worked in the car detailing industry with Ivory Coach, Texas Auto Tops, was a member of the Catholic Church, and had a passion for gardening, house projects and his family.
Huong is survived by his children, John Nguyen, Thomas Nguyen and his siblings Khanh, Hoanh and Lan.
