My memories of Isabelle was when I first joined the Guadalupana Society in 1997, I had just turned 24, and just like the other ladies she welcomed me into the group with a big ole hug, kiss and that beautiful smile that characterized her. I will always remember her thoughtfulness, warm/loving, and kindhearted nature. The last time I visited with her was last year right before the holidays at our annual Christmas posada, but before that my mother and I had hand delivered the Pilgrimage Virgin (For those who do not know what a Pilgrimage Virgin is, she’s the one who visits the homes of a Guadalupana sister and family for a period of one week, it’s a time where she prays the Holy Rosary and asks for all the needs of the group, church and family). She gave us a tour of her home and mentioned that both her and her husband had designed it together. I had my nephew Adan with me and she so graciously gave him a toy to play with and said that it had belonged to one of her sons. She’ll forever be missed by all of her Guadalupana sisters😢😢 and by all of those that had the privilege and honor of knowing a beautiful soul like Isabelle. May the perpetual eternal light shine upon you my dear friend. RIP.... MRS. ISABELLE COLLORA!!!!!!🌹🌹
