Dr. J. Paul Crider

Dr. J. Paul Crider, 81, of Houston, passed away on May 7, 2022. Preceded in death by parents, Alfred Crider, Sr. and Mattie Hays Pope, first wife Loretta Sullivan Crider, brother, Alfred Crider, Jr., sister-in-law, Ruth. He is survived by daughter Tiana McLean and her husband Russell of Tomball, TX, and daughter Melinda Crider of Decatur, TX, grandchildren Andrew McLean, Shelby McLean and Colton Simpson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. In addition, extended family Satin Blair and Chynna Blair of Dallas, Catlin Blair of Belton and Callie Blair of Dickinson. His family would like to thank Brookdale Champion Oaks and Brookdale Hospice for their wonderful care during his final days on this earth. Visitation will be from 9:00-10:00 AM on Saturday, May 14th, at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home, 7405 W .Northwest Hwy., Dallas, TX, 75225. Funeral service to begin at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Russell McLean, Andrew McLean, Catlin Blair, David Goss.
