James Gaytan Jr

James Gaytan Jr, age 73, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022. James Gaytan Jr, was born on August 05, 1949 in Dallas,Tx to James Gaytan Sr. and Tommie Maldonado, first of five brothers and one sister. Brothers- Eugene, George, Alfredo, Steven, and his sister Mary “Cookie” Martinez.

James is survived by his wife Marie Delfina, 4 daughters Geneva, Virginia, Michelle, Christina Diana, 3 stepsons Hector, Alfredo, Fabian Michael, and adopted son Mario Delfino. James had numerous grand, great, and great-great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by father James Gaytan Sr., mother Tommie M. Lira, son James “Gordy” Gaytan III and brother Mario Rangel.

A visitation for James will be held Tuesday, October 25, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Calvary Hill Funeral Home, 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, October 26, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220. A committal service will occur Wednesday, October 26, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220.
