I was blessed to be married to the most wonderful sweetest, kindest woman, I have ever known. I am going to miss her.

I too am SO VERY GRATEFUL to the Lord for the privilege to have met Janet Starr!!!  From the first time we met,  Janet Jackson looked so much like her to me!!!  I told her that would be how I would remember her first name and we both laughed!!!  Janet was GORGEOUS on the outside and even moreso on the inside!!!  She had a smile that would bring light to the darkest of rooms and the saddest of hearts, because on more than one occasion I was BLESSED by her smiles and her hugs!!!  In my last text to Janet,  a few days before the Lord called her to her Heavenly Home, I told her that I was looking forward to seeing her soon and getting a hug and I still am, when we see each other in Heaven!!!

Little did I know when I met Janet over 30 years ago on my 1st day at the bank, that we would become so much more than just coworkers. It would be the beginning of a lifelong friendship that over the years formed a deep, strong bond that could not be broken.  Our paths took us through many adventures and experiences together, building memories that I will cherish for as long as I live. And when we were separated by miles, we stayed in touch and kept our friendship close despite the distance.  Now that we are separated between heaven and earth, I will continue to keep your spirit alive in my heart. I love you and will miss you dearly, my best friend forever!💖

My heart breaks from the loss of my dear friend and I grieve for the family and loved ones she left behind. Even so, we take comfort in knowing that she is healed and resting peacefully in the arms of her Maker.  Until we meet again, my sister, my friend! 💞
