Janette Kay Scott was a loving sister, mother, grandmother and friend. The Lord sunset on our beloved Friday, June 10, 2022. She was born to the parents (deceased) Reecie and Linie Bell Scott of Hawkins, TX on February 13, 1958, the 9th sibling of 11 children.
Janette was a graduate of Class'77 at Hawkins High and continued her education at Bishop College, Dallas. She went on to have a lustrous career with Mary Kay Cosmetics in Dallas for 21 years as an administration receptionist. Then she joined the NFL Dallas Cowboys Organization as their executive administration receptionist for 18 years.
Left to cherish her memory her daughter, Chonne Kay Scott and son, Kory Scott (Dallas, TX); also, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren; siblings, Dorothy Chalk (Big Sandy, TX), Bayyah Nurridin (Farmer Branch, TX), Charrie Edwards (Dallas, TX), Catherine Jones (Lancaster, TX), Freddie Blackmon (Plano, TX), Thomas Scott (Allen, TX), Margreta Brown (DeSoto, TX), Martin Scott (Dallas, TX) and Kenneth Scott (Dallas, TX) and she also leaves a host of family and friends and her Dallas Cowboy family.
