Janice Dean Mauk, of Dallas, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at the age of 78. Janice was a beloved mother, devoted wife and homemaker. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Richard R. Mauk; sons: Rick, Dennis, and Mark Kemberling; daughter, Janice Wade; granddaughter, Lily Wade; her loving cat, Patches and a host of other dear family and friends. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at Cancer Institute of Dallas and the staff at Grace Presbyterian Village for all of the care and attention they provided to Mrs. Mauk.
