Jazsmyne received her formal education at Bryan Adams High School. There she participated in the ROTC & theatre department. She worked several positions in the service industry. By far her favorite place of employment was The Brick where she served as a greeter. Jaszmine loved singing and performing. This passion led her to win Miss Dallas.
On Thursday, February 16, 2023, Jazsmyne transitioned to her new home in Glory. She was welcomed by her mother, Gwendolyn Witherspoon and sister, Nakiajon Daniels.
She leaves to cherish her memory her father Calvin Starks, Sr.; siblings, Johnny, Andray, Bryan and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
