Jeannine Estelle Edwards, 90, passed away November 18, 2019 in Dallas, Texas. She was born September 4, 1929 to Arthur and Anne Bates in Dallas, Texas. Jeanine attended North Dallas High school. Jeannine married David Edwards in 1951, had three children and was a homemaker. In her spare time, Jeannine enjoyed participating in church activities, the choir, and running the kitchen. Her family and friends will always remember her as a loving, generous, and kind person. Jeannine is preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Jean; parents, in –laws, sister, and brother. She is survived by her daughter Jan Reynolds and husband, Don and Julie Griffin and husband, Gary; Grandchildren David Hester and wife, Tara, Shelly Hemler and husband, Joe and Caleb Stevenson; great-grandchildren, Grace Hester, Ashton Hester, Carter Hester, Hudson Hemler, and Emma Jean Hemler; nieces, Penny McHenry Smuckler and Amy Smuckler and a special thank you to her caregiver, Annette Faulkner. Visitation will be held Friday, November 22, 2019 from 6pm- 8pm Grove Hill Funeral Home and a Graveside Service on Saturday, November 23 at 2pm at Grove Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park.
