Jennifer Beth Falik, of Frankfort, KY, passed away suddenly, but peacefully, in Lexington, KY, on June 30, 2012. Jennifer was born in Houston, Texas on February 26, 1981, to tom Falik and Sheryl Fields Falik (now Sheryl Bogen of Dallas). She was a student for many years at the Stewart Home School in Frankfort, KY.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Emily Anne Falik, of Frankfort, KY, her grandparents, Leo and Bobbie Fields of Dallas, her step-father, Gordon Bogen of Dallas, her half-sister, Noa Mann Falik, her step-brothers, Caleb Bogen and Joseph Bogen, and Joseph’s wife, Alexis Angell, and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jennifer was predeceased by her grandparents, the late Harold and Barbara Falik of Houston.
Despite the challenges that she faced in life, Jennifer was always happy and enthusiastic, and was loved by all that knew her.
Funeral services for Jennifer will be on Tuesday, July 3, at 11:00 a.m. at Temple Emanu-El, 8500 Hillcrest Road, Dallas, Texas. Burial will be preceded at by a private, family interment at Temple Emanu-El Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions in honor of Jennifer’s life can be made to Special Olympics, in which she was a frequent participant, or to the charity of your choice.
