Dear sister-in-law, Ms. Yang Bingzhi,

We were very shocked and sad to learn that my  brother, Jiahuan had passed away.

Mr. Jiahuan's life is full of love and dedication. His life and achievements have undoubtedly left a deep impression and good memories on all those who know him. His departure is not only a great loss to your family, but also a loss to all those who know and love him.

Please accept our most sincere condolences. May Jiahuan rest in heaven and may his soul have eternal peace. In this difficult time, we are with you. May you find strength and comfort to get through this difficult time.

Once again, I would like to express our nostalgia for brother Jiahuan  and our deep condolences to you and your family.

I am deeply saddened to learn of Jiahuan passing.  He was such a nice man and eloquent dancer.  I enjoyed dancing with him on rare occasions.   I had noticed Bing and Jiahuan were no longer dancing and miss watching them.  Such a nice and classy couple.  My prayers go out to Bing and family.  He will certainly be missed.

My condolences to the family and especially his wife Bingzhi.  Jiahuan was an exceptional colleague and friend, and an amazing mentor to students as well as colleagues (me!).  He was generous with his insights and was such a caring soul.  He will be missed here on earth...

Dr. Ding was an amazing individual, who treated everyone with kindness. He loved to share his passion for Bingzhi and his family, for science, and dance, with everyone he met!

I am shocked to know the news, as I saw a missing call record from Dr. Ding on 6/19 when I was in Mexico for a professional meeting.  I meant to call him back once I got back to the US. But I got sick when I came back. It delayed me calling him, and now I missed him forever. 
I am so sad and I cannot imagine how devastating you are right now. I hope he left without any pain. He had taught me so many lessons and strongly supported my research during my PhD training and in the beginning of my career. I am forever grateful for having him and you in my life.
I pray to God that Dr. Ding will rest in peace in His garden, and that He will comfort you and your family during this difficult time.

Dear Bing, Paris, and Biyanca,

I was saddened to hear of the loss of such a wonderful husband and father. Dr. Ding was far more than a brilliant scientist and courageous stroke victim. He was a light to everyone he met - whether on a ballroom floor, a pickleball court, or simply telling his captivating life story. Above all, he was an incredible Christian.  I am honored to have been in his circle of friends.

You will all be in my prayers as you lay this amazing man to rest.

Jiahuan will be sorely missed.  We met he and Biyanca at Sam Johnson Center ballroom dances.  Jiahuan blended a kind spirit, friendly demeanor with a passion for dance.  Shortly after becoming acquainted, Jiahuan gently (and persistently!) invited us to sit with them as regulars on Thursday ballroom events.  Watching them express themselves artistically was always an encouragement to Gayle and I to "up our game".  We often gave each other the thumbs up after a song.  I know they deserved it more than we did. 
It was always a joy to attend each Thursday as we knew what awaited us.  
Biyanca, we're praying for God to bless and provide you with moments of comfort during this time of loss and grief.   Again, Jiahuan is missed.

What an incredibly lovely gentleman.  A gentle and considerate dance parter. It was a privilege to dance  with and know Jiahaun

What a gracious gentleman and elegant dancers. So very kind and generous.

It was always inspiring to watch this beautiful couple dance every week at the Plano Senior Center. The entire family is in our prayers.

When I began playing trumpet with the Kings of Swing in 2018, I immediately was spellbound each week by this beautiful dancing couple! So, in 2019 I invited Jiahuan and Bing to be featured dancers on stage with the Wylie Community Band, as we performed "Blue Tango."  Of course, they were a big hit! 

We will miss Jiahuan very much.  He was appreciated and loved by the musicians and the dancers! We have been so blessed to get to watch the two of you express your love for each other through your dancing! THANK YOU for sharing that love with all of us, too.
