and Corene Clayton of Dallas, Tx. He is preceded in death by parents, Frank and Corene Walker, and the love of his life, his wife Luella Walker, three sisters (Doris Harper, Esther Parker and Margaret Price) and his son, Dominique Walker(Miesha).
He was employed and retired from the City of Dallas in 2001. He was called into ministry over 41
years ago where he and his wife Luella Walker started Mission Outreach Holiness Church where
he pastored for 40 years. He was installed as a Bishop in 2005. He was a faithful and devoted
servant for the Lord until his call to Glory.
Bishop Walker enjoyed feeding the homeless and helping those that couldn't help themselves,
his favorite scripture was Psalms 91. His favorite Gospel groups was Canton Spirituals and the
Mighty Clouds of Joy. He loved to sing praises to the Lord. His favorite song was "I believe i'll run
on and see what the end will be", and he did just that! Bishop Walker loved to go to "The Big House" which was the Golden Corral to get beautiful. He loved to drink Cocoa Cola which he called "the Boy", he loved the crunch that's fried chicken. This was his past time.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories Four children, Doyle Walker(Blanca), of LA California,
Trayvion Walker, Fredrick Smith(Trisha), and Yolanda Jackson(Reginald) all of Dallas, Tx. Two
brothers Frank Walker Jr.(Dorothy), Billy Joe Walker(Billie) and Two sisters, Florious (BaBa)
Stevenson and Carolyn Rowlett all of Dallas, Tx. He also leaves to cherish his memories an uncle,
Dolye Walker(Lucille) , an Aunt, Ruby Ford both of Dallas, Tx. 13 grand children and a host of
great-grand children, nieces and nephews, and a special friend Superintendent Willie Cobb.
