Mr. John David Lasalde

Passed away to be with the Lord on January 11, 2015. John was born in El Paso, Texas on October 13, 1987. Survived by his significant other Crisel Anais Tarin and daughter Jiselle Anais Lasalde; brothers Eric de la Torre, Carlos Payan and Juan Jr. Lasalde; sisters Jennifer, Jackie, Julissia and Janie Lasalde; mother Monica Beavers and father Juan Lasalde; and grandmothers Maria Lasalde and Celia Trujillo. John was a respectful and noble man, a talented artist and writer who would spill his soul on paper. His poetic expressions and art touched many lives. He was a man with a great heart and incredible sense of humor. Furthermore, his hard-working ambitions led him to obtain licensed certifications as a diesel technician; the type of work he loved to do. John will always be remembered as a beloved father and husband, brother, son, and grandson. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 3050 N. Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, TX 75247 on January 16, 2015 from 1:00pm to 8:00pm, Rosary will be at 6:00pm. Chapel services will be held at the same location at 10:00am. John will be laid to rest on Saturday, January 17 at 12:30pm at Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens, 3001 S. Belt Line Rd. Grand Prairie, TX 75052.
