He was born in Panuco de Coronado, Durango on June 23, 1956 to parents Teresa Fuentes and Aureliano Moreno. Jose married Margarita Jimenez. He had a long career working as a diesel mechanic. Jose loved his family and would offer a helping hand to anyone who needed it.
He is survived by his wife, Margarita Jimenez; children, Maria Theresa Rodriguez-Jimenez, Jose Manuel Jimenez Jr., Cristian Jimenez and Cindy Alvarenga; grandchildren, Anabell Rodriguez, Isabella Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez, Luca Villanueva, Theresa Carmen Jimenez, and Jose Manuel Jimenez III; along with many other family members and friends.
A visitation for Jose will be held Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, with a rosary at 1:30 PM. A service will follow at 2:00 PM. Please join the family after the services for a reception at Grove Hill from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
