Such a great man, such a great Doctor.  When I was little he would always tease me and ask if I wanted a shot too.  When I grew up he helped me save a Saint Bernard that was on the brink of death without charging me very much as I was young and didn't have much money.  My Heart goes out to his family.

Dr. Doak was a very nice man.  He took care of all my pets over the years.  Everyone missed him when his office closed.  I am sorry for your loss Mrs. Doak and family.  Bless you.

I worked for Dr. Doak as his kennel help back in the mid 1960's. What a great man and teacher- I learned so much from him. One of the last times I saw him he was still working on his house and I asked him when he was going to finish. He replied with a Confucian saying that "When man finish house, man die".....I guess he finally finished his house. We'll all miss him.

i am so sorry for your loss I live around the corner from his office  he was a wonderful vet he took care of my lacy dog he was a great person and he will be really missed   RIP dr. DOAK.

Good-bye old friend! You were such a great guy - so talented and smart. You were my personal "Ask Jeeves". Besides your fine brain and many interests and talents, I'll always remember you most for your loyalty to family and friends. God bless you. I'll miss you, Brax.

Dr. Doak took care of my family's numerous cats for many years.  He certainly had a way with animals, and he will be missed.  I know he will have lots of "greeters" at the Rainbow Bridge.

Dr. Doak  I don't know what I am going to do with out you. You made it affordable for a single mom to have pets. I know you are in heaven. Such a wonderful man and vet.   I know all of the "Cliff" is going to miss you. RIP.

I'm 44 years old and Dr. Doak has been our vet since I was a little girl.  There will never be another Dr. Doak, he was truly one of a kind.  He will definitely be missed!  God bless him and his family.

Pat, I am sure you will miss him. I will always remember the fun time we had performing in Oklahoma at Elmwood Methodist Church. Those were the days.

Uncle Brax was quite a character and a great uncle and vet!  I enjoyed all the times I had with the exception of the time I got severely sunburned the summer of '68 - but I recovered. (Can I blame Steve and Jack for that?)  Heaven has gained an Aggie!  When  I look at the pictures, I see Grandmother Lenore...

You will forever be missed, your lovely voice is singing with the angels now. It just doesn't seem real. We will meet you at the Jordan.
