Jovita G Camacho

She studied education to become a teacher in Bustamante, N.L. MX where she also graduated. She then became an elementary teacher for some years. She married Patricio O. Camacho on November 2, 1956, and the couple had four children.

Jovita supported and encouraged Patricio in all his business endeavors. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Jovita was always a woman of few words but when she spoke people listened. She was the soul of the family.

Jovita is preceded in death by her parents; Guadalupe Gutierrez, Ricarda Quiroz, siblings; Adan, Jovita, Rebeca, Felix, Elida, Ines, Elva, Armando, spouse; Patricio Camacho, son; Patricio Camacho Jr., daughter; Alice Cervantes. Survived by; children; daughter; Ricarda Camacho (Grace), son; Geraldo Camacho (Linda), grandchildren; Erica Vallejo (Marco), Jason Cervantes (Renee), Veronica Roblez (Gilbert), Monica Bustos (Noe), Christopher Camacho (Cecilia), Candice Beasley (Bryant), Adrian Camacho, Alexa Camacho, Celeste Osei-bonsu (Prince), Chase Camacho, Aaron Camacho; great-grandchildren; Pete, Lorenzo, Nathan, Adrian, Jonathan, Elijah, Ethan, Stephen, Anjelica, Jacob, Felipe, Giselle, Xavier, Mariah, Joseph, Nicholas, Adriana, Andrew, Gabriella, Calixte, Ava, Julian, Giovanni, Lana, LaShea, Camden, Camille, great -great-grandchildren; Arianna, Kai, Calogero and Adley.

A visitation for Jovita will be held Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 3050 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75247. A rosary will occur Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, 3050 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75247. A mass of Christian Burial will occur Friday, May 9, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Our Lady of San Juan de los Lagos - Santa Teresita, 2601 Singleton Blvd, Dallas, TX 75212. An interment will occur Friday, May 9, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Calvary Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220.
