She graduated from Webster High School in 1968. After graduation, Juanita attended Southern University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She was employed at Southwestern Bell for approximately 40 years.
She married John Jackson on April 12, 1976.
Juanita’s interests included online shopping, computers and home improvement projects.
She entered into eternal peace on January 19, 2024 joining her husband, John Jackson; mother, Madgeline Cooper; brother, Charlie Cooper; great-uncle, Andy Emerson; uncles, Wallace West, John Willis and James Young; aunts, Siggie Rushing, Margie Young and Mary Bryant.
She leaves to cherish her memories one remaining aunt, Natherine Heard; nephew, Michael Cooper; special cousin, Jerome Young; niece, Lynn Parker (Charles) and a host of relatives and friends.
