Juanita Porras, 58, was born in Dallas, Texas on October 20, 1955 to Adolfo Rangel and Isabel Torres; she passed away in Dallas, Texas just days before her birthday on October 4, 2014. Juanita is known for her affectionate love toward animals, especially her dog. Among other things, she loved to go vigorously shopping, enjoyed listening to her favorite country tunes and couldn’t miss an episode of her favorite novela. Juanita is survived by her mother Isabel Torres; siblings Delma Reyes, Rita Rangel, Armando Rangel, Mario Rangel and Adolfo Rangel, Jr. She has left this world to join her father Adolfo Rangel, Sr., and daughter Krystal Porras.
Memorial Service will be held at Calvary Hill Funeral Home on Friday, October 17, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. Prayer Service will be held at the Church of Latter Day Saints on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at 9509 Midway Rd, Dallas, Texas 75220, followed by a reception at Grauwyler Recreational Center from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 7780 Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas, Texas 75235
