전남 광주에서1936년5월 16일에5남매의 세째로 태어나셨읍니다. 1964년 3월에 윤정숙 안나 님과 결혼하시어 슬하에 4남 1녀를 두시고1982년7월 7일 미국으로 가족이민을 오셨읍니다.
2017년4월 19일 Coppell, Texas에서 향년 81세에 운명하셨읍니다.
유족으로는 부인 윤정숙 안나님, 장남 세영, 장녀 숙영, 차남 도영, 운영, 구영과 네 자부와 사위 그리고 손주 9명과 증손주 2명을 두셨읍니다.

Funeral services will be held 10am April 22nd, 2017 at St. Andrews Kim Korean Catholic Church located 2111 Camino Lago, Irving, TX 75039 with the Father Dominic officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery. Located at 3235 Lombardy Ln Dallas, TX 75220
Pallbearers will be: Yong Yun, Henry Yun, Alexander Kang, Mana Lee,
Ethan Yun, and Collin Williams
