Karen "Karen Berry" Barrientos

Karen Barrientos Age 28 passed away November 10, 2021, in Garland, TX. She was born October 30th, 1993, in Los Angeles, CA to Olga Judith Portillo and Marco Tulio Barrientos. Karen was raised in Los Angeles, CA and Garland, TX and graduated from North Garland High School in 2011.

Her partner Gianmarco Machuca and her had a child of almost 2 years old name Elliana. She was a Caretaker then fell in love with the beauty industry and became a manager in the field.

In spare time she enjoyed shopping, learning about makeup, spending time with friends and family and going on vacations.

Her Family and friends will always remember her as a goofy, sweet, loving and ambitious person. A person who always had a smile on her face and willing to help anyone that asked. Someone happy and willing to cheer up a crowed. She was her parents’ strength, pride and joy.

She preceded in death due to COVID complications.

Karen leaves behind her mother, father, twin Sister, younger brother, a daughter, a Fiancé, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins along with numerous friends.

A visitation for Berry Bee will be held Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home and Crematory, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. A Rosary will occur Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. An interment will occur Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Garland Memorial Park, 1600 S Garland Ave, Garland, TX 75040.
