Kathleen Ann Butler, age 74 passed away on March 15, 2025 in Seagoville, TX. She was born in Glendale, CA on August 17, 1950 to Leonard James Burt and Edna Louise Burt. Kathleen was raised in Glendale and attended East Texas State University from 1970 – 1973. She attended Bishop Dunne High School in Dallas and was the Homecoming Princess from 1967-1968. Kathleen married Michael Lee Butler in 2010 and the couple had no children. She was a Cancer Registerer at St. Paul Hospital where she worked for more than 20 years. In her spare time, Kathleen enjoyed movies, travel, music and musicals. Here family and friends will always remember her as a friendly, caring, easy going angel of a person. Kathleen is preceded in death by her parents. Those to cherish her memory are her survivors, husband Michael Lee Butler; brothers, David James Burt and Larry Burt and her sister, Mary Lou Weaver.
